Cancellation Policy

7 days or more before the stay: 100% of the room charge (tax included)
14 days or more before the stay: 50% of the room charge (tax included)
After the date of booking: 20% of the room charge (tax included)

※We will send you a payment URL (square) to your e-mail address. After paying 20% deposit, your reservation will be confirmed.
※For booking made within 2 weeks of the check-in date, full payment is required in advance. Your booking will be confirmed upon receipt of payment.
